Booking Fee

For all new clients a non refundable 50% booking fee will be taken at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
No booking fee no appointment. The booking fee will then be deducted from your final service total.

For all microblading, skin needling or Plaxpot treatments, a non refundable 50% booking fee will be taken at time of booking. No booking fee, no appointment. If there is no booking fee, your appointment will be cancelled

24hr Cancellation Policy & No Shows to Appointment

All clients will receive either a confirmation text or email 48hrs prior to their appointment to confirm or reschedule/cancel appointment. If we haven’t heard back 24hrs prior, we will then call you to confirm or reschedule.

We require 24hrs notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment…. We know life gets in the way and sometimes this isn’t possible but any notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment is very much appreciated.

If you make a booking online and then no show, you will be charged the full amount of the service to your credit card, as stated at the time of booking your appointment.

If you make a booking via Facebook or over the phone and no show you will be asked to pre-pay in full any future appointments you wish to make.

We are a busy salon and quite often have a waiting list of clients wanting appointments, so having time to reschedule or cancel your unwanted appointment gives us time to book those clients in.

We appreciate your consideration and co-operation with this matter and I hope you all understand from a business prospective.
